It is a 1972 Chevelle SS 454 I purchased the car in Las Vegas Nevada and I just finished a frame off restoration complete with powdercoated frame and suspension, stainless steel fuel lines and brake lines all new brake master cylinder, power booster, calipers, rotors, drums, springs, and shocks. The Body is all
original sheet metal and is all steel. The car is a real SS and is painted the original code 65 Flame Orange Metallic with black interior and vinyl top. It was a 4 speed car with a bench seat originally as it is now. The upholstery and carpet is all new. I enterred the car in to the Chicago Chevy Vette Fest this spring and it scored 997 out of 1000 points and won a gold level award in the bow tie boulevard class.
The engine is a 454 bored .30 over with 10.5 to 1 pistons, crane 560 lift cam, edelbrock performer rpm heads and intake manifold and Holley 770 street avenger carb with hooker competition ceramic coated headers,
