This is a '66 202 Comet that originally came with a straight six, C4,and a bench seat. I picked this up straight from California with new paint, and stripped out the interior and motor/trans. I replaced it with a 351W .030 over with a mild Comp cam, Edelbrock RPM intake, Edelbrock 650 carb, and Comp Cams valvetrain. It has stock heads and exhaust manifolds at the moment (to save on cost). manual steering and drum brakes with an upgrade this winter to power discs up front. It has a cobra T5 trans, with Hurst shifter, cable clutch setup and Ford Motorsports King Cobra clutch, hooked up to the stock 8". Soon to a 9" or beefed up 8". Custom bent Flowmaster exhaust. Custom interior tutone black and charcoal gray. This is from a 7 month project in my torpedo heated garage, no insulation. Most work performed by my father (who got me into cars) and I, and some machine work from my local shop. The one picture is in front of Henry Ford's home in Dearborn, MI. I live just next door to that in Westland, MI. Hope you enjoy my first project, more to come in the future.

Think your car is very cool.
Back in 1966 my friend Billy's mom bought him a Comet 202 with a 390 and 4-speed. Because she was worried about him getting hurt, she ordered it with a two-barrel and a single exhaust. It had to be the most strangled, potential muscle car ever.
Your car would blow it away if it still existed! Congratulations on your hard work. It really takes me back. Jim
Dodge Challenger Research
With great deals and authoritative reviews, find all you need to research and buy the new Dodge Challenger, as well as compare it with other vehicles to help you in your car buying process. Fuel efficiency is important and the 2010 Challenger with a 18.0 gallon main premium unleaded fuel tank 15.0 capacity gets 18 mpg, and has a trade in value of $30,014.00 which should come in handy when you go to shop for your next car. The Chevrolet Malibu and the Ford Shelby Gt 500 are other vehicles that might interest you.
