Bought unrestored 56 from the wife of my best childhood friend Gary who died Sept. 2005. I fulfilled my dream and hopefully Gary's when after 2 years 8 months of a frame off rotisserie hotrod restoration. The car is straight as can be, thanks to much help in that department from buddy Dale. Car started out as a 150 but for the paint scheme I wanted I used the 210 stainless trim. Paint is DuPont white and Hot Hues Razberry Pop. I live in PA and having the car transported here from Calif. was an adventure in itself. I never laid eyes on the car until it was delivered to me. I was not disappointed the body was very good, nothing like an unrestored east coast car would be, so I have a very good start. Other than the interior, all work was completed by me with much help with straighting the body as I mentioned before in a two car garage that I had to share with my wife.

Ahhh....those 5, 6 & 7's, Chevy's Triple Crown. She's a beauty, nooo doubt. Be extremely proud of the resto-mod you've done. Bought my first 57 - 2 dr. ht. (road ready) for $125, found in a barn with hay dirt inside and out. I swear !! Ahhh....the memories......Thank you for bringing them back and now creating some of your own.
