RollingThunder has other ride profile(s):
A recent addition to my stable is this 1966 Plymouth Satellite convertible. It is a 64,000 mile original car with a relatively short "to do" list - I purchased it and immediately got it running and the electrical issues sorted out...  the only current issue is the brake system (stock 10" manual drums)  It is an original 318 / 727 car with a 3.23 geared 8 3/4. I love the stock 318 however with few available parts for the Poly headed engine it will be getting pulled in the next couple months and be replaced with a stock rebuild 383 and BB TF727. The plan also includes swapping on front disc brakes and 11x3" rear drums with a dual master cylinder for safety. In the end the car will be Toyota Speedway Blue with white top and interior.

Everything is for sale for the right price!   haha

The plan for this thing has indeed changed - I recently acquired a rare dual 4bbl intake off of the V-800 optioned 1957-1958 Plymouth Furys...    So the idea is to run dual TBI units controlled by a Megasquirt II controller for a more economical and reliable cruiser..

Well I have a 512ci Stroker sitting in the garage with a 4-speed behind it...    but honestly I dont think it would be smart in a vert...    the idea of this car is for easy, comfy cruising...   not a race car...   I'll put the stroker in my 69 Road Runner

Cool car,love these baby's in high school.I would proably throw in a 440 wedge,or a 413 with the cross ram induction.Either way you go,this baby is going to look sweet.Good luck! and keep the up dated pics coming.
