1988 Mercedes-Benz 300SEL - koss

It's a 1988 300 sel mercedes benz .It came w/ a straight 6 that did'nt run and the trans was bad,so I put a 1971 dodge charger 440 w a 727 torqueflight trans,850 holley double pump,hedman headers. I had to cut the crossmember out and fabricate a new one.The steering box also had to be removed to clear the headers.A ford rack and pinion solved that problem.The car will be gutted and lightened accordingly,but appear stock from the outside
