This is a work in progress with a long way to go.
I purchased in December 2012 and so far I have installed new A frames, poly bushings, modified the sway bar with poly frame mounts and used Hiem joints at the A frames. converted tit to 5 lug all around and 15" wheels mounted to 2" dropped spindles. I could not find any headers that would fit this combination, so I used a set of Doug's and some U bends from  Summit and a chop saw to fabricate some. It has an Edelbrock Performer intake and 600 CFM Holly. I hand fabed the front air dam, but plane on reworking it some when I do the paint. This summer I hope to give her some new paint, and some interior as I have all but the two seats removed. Long term I want to build a 347 strocker with a set of ARF heads.
it has 3.00 gears and with a .68 overdrive and 5500 rpm will give it 200 mph.. it needs HOURSPOWER!

Very nice car. I had a 1976 Black and Gold Cobra II. It had a 1969 302, beefed up with an Offenhouser aluminum 4 barrel intake, Holly 600 vac sec carb, and a Crane cam.
